For the past thirty five years Charles Crook has been engaged in all facets of Airborne

Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR). He has extensive

knowledge in aircraft, sensors, product dissemination, and

active intelligence/maneuver units. As a Government PM, Charles has

developed the skills necessary to prepare cost estimates, secure

funding, and establish contract vehicles to support Quick Reaction

Capability (ISR) projects . Over the years, the fleet of aircraft has grown

from 3 ARL's to over 30 ISR systems. Charles recived a Bachelors of Engineering from the University of Alabama as well as a Masters of Engineering from Texas A&M University.
